Return Policy for Dinkie Pickleball

At Dinkie Pickleball, we want you to love your pickleball apparel and accessories as much as you love a perfect dink! If your gear isn’t quite right, our Return Policy makes it easy to return eligible items purchased from dinkiepickleball.com. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The delivery date is based on the tracking information provided by our shipping carrier.
  • Eligible Items: Most Dinkie Pickleball apparel and accessories are returnable, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Items must not be personalized, customized, or final sale (final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page).
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
    • Personalized or custom-designed products.
    • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
    • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at support@dinkiepickleball.com or  phone number within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: We’ll respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions using a trackable carrier of your choice.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any tracking or insurance fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Square) within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Sales tax will be refunded as applicable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [insert contact email]. We may cover return shipping costs for such cases, at our discretion, and provide a full refund or replacement.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Option: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on dinkiepickleball.com. This ensures you get the exact gear you want, subject to availability.

5. Bulk/Team Orders

  • Special Considerations: Returns for bulk or team orders (e.g., uniforms or large quantities) may have additional requirements due to customized pricing or products. Please contact us at [insert contact email] before initiating a return for such orders.
